We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced bartender. The Bartender will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by creating classic and contemporary cocktails, serving wine, and suggesting food pairings that complement our menu items. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and mixology techniques, and have a passion for creating unique and memorable dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, and other beverages to guests
- Build and maintain relationships with guests by providing friendly and efficient service
- Suggest food and wine pairings to complement menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area
- Uphold company and legal policies regarding alcohol consumption and service
- Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming cocktail trends and techniques
- Work with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and mixology techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
