Oliver Companies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manufacturing Manager to lead all aspects of production operations and drive excellence across all manufacturing processes. Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all manufacturing activities, ensuring production targets are met, including on-time production while maintaining quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production methods, equipment performance, and quality standards
- Monitor KPIs (throughput, downtime, scrap) and take corrective action as needed
- Lead and execute project plans to ensure timely and successful completion
- Develop and execute strategies to reduce costs and improve overall productivity
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including NATM and RVIA standards, while promoting a safe and proactive work environment.
- Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors, team leads, and production personnel
- Manage production budgets, including labor, materials, and operating expenses
- Work closely with procurement and inventory teams to ensure material availability
- Drive accountability for achieving production targets, quality standards, and operational KPI's.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing management experience
- Demonstrated success in production or operations management roles
- Experience working with MRP/ERP systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools
- Solid understanding of supply chain management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general PC applications
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and an effective problem solver with strong leadership abilities
- Goal-oriented with a strong commitment to execution and results
