Position Summary
The Plant Manager leads all site operations and sets the tone for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and culture. You’ll guide production, engineering, facilities/maintenance, planning, and warehousing to ensure we consistently deliver best-in-class products to customers around the world. 🌍
What You’ll Lead
Safety First, Always 🦺
Create a safety culture where people look out for one another. Ensure full compliance with OSHA and environmental requirements while constantly reducing risk across the plant.
Relentless Commitment to Quality
Champion Six Sigma–level quality and maintain strict compliance with cGMP and ISO 13485. Strengthen validation systems, elevate documentation and training, and work with technical teams to reduce risk for patients globally.
Lead disciplined CAPA investigations and build trusted relationships with customers.
Operational Excellence 🚀
Achieve or exceed lead-time, OTIF, and efficiency targets. Work closely with planning, scheduling, and purchasing to optimize production flow and inventory while supporting commercial growth.
Continuous Improvement at the Core
Use the Management Operating System (MOS) to drive meaningful performance gains. Apply Lean methods, standard work, SPC, error-proofing, and rapid changeover techniques to keep the plant ahead of the curve.
Own CER development and guide equipment installations and upgrades.
Leadership That Moves People Forward 🤝
Model open communication, data-driven thinking, and team-focused execution. Develop future leaders, strengthen workforce skills, and create clarity through KPIs and transparent messaging.
Partner with HR to maintain a high-performance, values-driven environment.
Strategic Management & Business Impact
Develop operational plans, KPIs, and budgets that keep the plant moving. Deliver improvements in operating profit and cash flow. Lead and mentor Production Team Leaders, Process Engineering, Maintenance/Facilities, Master Scheduling, and Warehouse leadership.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements
• B.S. in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field
• 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience
Preferred
• 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Proven track record driving continuous improvement
• Strong communication and technical writing skills
• Lean Sigma expertise
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Experience working within SAP S/4HANA
• Proficiency with SAP 🖥️

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally ✈️
• Availability for occasional evenings/weekends
