Custodial Lead - 1st Shift

We are searching for an experienced Custodial Lead - 1st Shift at our Feasterville facility. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

Position Summary

Keeps working areas in production departments of industrial establishment in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.  Additionally operates in leadership capacity providing guidance and support to custodial team with responsibility for site custodial program.

Primary Responsibilities

• Leads and contributes to team responsible for maintaining cleanliness in all areas of plant, including office spaces, production spaces, production adjacent spaces, and parking lot and grounds as required.
• Works directly with Maintenance Supervisor/Manager to develop and maintain site custodial outlay and distribution of labor.
• Maintains team accountability for custodial activities and team member responsibilities.
• Works directly with key stakeholders at the site to understand and adapt to evolving site custodial needs as required.
• Coordinates and collaborates with vendors for outsourced cleaning services
• May assist maintenance staff on specific tasks

Basic Qualifications

Education/Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to work independently
• Attention to detail
• Experience with controlled GDP/GMP practices
• Leadership experience
• Computer literacy
• Experience with word processors, spreadsheets, and email

Working Conditions

• Intermittent periods of sitting, standing, walking through facility
  Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.

20.00 - 24.00
