Starting hourly base may be adjusted higher based on technical weld test and previous shop experience.

Summary
We are seeking a skilled Production Welder to join our team at Oliver Technologies, Inc. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and integrity of our foundation products. Located in a dynamic work environment, you will play a key role in supporting our mission of excellence.
The ideal candidate will be able to perform basic Welder Machine set-up and troubleshooting actions.
The successful candidate must have the ability to:
· report production output and units completed per shift
· report quality reject and scrap per shift
· report lost time due to interruptions
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- MIG welding experience is Preferred.
- Proven to be self-motivated and maintain a positive attitude
- Willingness to be trained and train others
- Able to lift 30 lbs. frequently without assistance and 30 lbs. occasionally
- Maintain a clean workstation
Work Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:00am – 3:30pm (4x10 work schedule)
This role reports directly to the Production Supervisor.
