Appointment Coordinator – Subaru Dealership
A premier Subaru dealer is seeking a customer service–oriented Appointment Coordinator to support our Service and Parts Department. This role is ideal for a motivated professional looking for career advancement opportunities within a growing organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Service Manager and Parts Manager with daily operations
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Monitor and report key Subaru performance metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Verify Subaru warranty coverage using Subaru systems and websites
- Scan, organize, and maintain digital documents
- Reorder office and departmental supplies as needed
- Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel and other office software
- Identify issues and problem-solve efficiently to support department goals
- Deliver top-tier customer service in all interactions, both in person and over the phone
Qualifications:
