Duties
- Perform residential window cleaning using traditional squeegee methods, pressure washers, and rope access techniques for hard-to-reach areas such as skylights and high-rise windows
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including ladders, scissor lifts, pressure washers, and specialized cleaning tools safely and efficiently
- Conduct interior and exterior window cleaning to achieve streak-free, crystal-clear results that exceed customer expectations
- Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) consistently to ensure safety during outdoor work at heights or on scaffolding
- Clean other exterior surfaces such as glass doors, storefronts, and light fixtures to enhance overall property appearance
- Follow strict safety protocols during all operations, including proper ladder use and high-rise building window access procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients, addressing questions or concerns professionally, and ensuring satisfaction with the finished work
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential window cleaning or related janitorial/custodial roles with a focus on exterior surfaces and high-rise work preferred
- Ability to use ladders confidently and safely for extended periods; experience with scissor lifts or other elevated platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment such as pressure washers and rope access systems for difficult-to-reach windows
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to outdoor work at heights, PPE use, and equipment operation
- Excellent attention to detail to deliver streak-free results on all types of windows including skylights and high-rise building facades
- Good physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy equipment when necessary
- Customer service skills that foster positive interactions with clients while maintaining professionalism throughout each job
