Job Overview Busser / Dishwasher — Oliver's, Mount Tremper NY
We're looking for thoughtful, team-oriented folks to join our front-of-house and kitchen crew in a busser/runner/dishwasher role. It's a fast-moving position that plays a key part in keeping service smooth and making sure our guests — and our kitchen — are well taken care of.
What you'll be doing
- Running food to tables quickly and accurately
- Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables between guests
- Washing dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly
- Keeping the dish station organized and stocked so service never slows down
- Supporting communication between the kitchen and service teams
- Helping keep shared spaces clean, organized, and running smoothly
What we're looking for
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a sense of teamwork
- Great communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfort moving between front-of-house and back-of-house tasks
- Evening and weekend availability
- Experience is great, but not required — we're happy to train the right person!
