Key Responsibilities
- Assist the staff with client inquiries;
- Monitor project progress in our system;
- Ensure that returns are filed by required deadlines;
- Provide Partners with project reports that allow them to identify the status of work in the office;
- Contact clients to request information and provide updates on the status of tax returns;
- Answer phones, manage emails, and respond to current and prospective clients;
- Handle various office duties to ensure smooth operations
- 2-3 years of experience in an office setting;
- Strong multitasking skills and experience working with the public;
- A degree is preferred.
