Commercial Route Driver – Shipping/Receiving Associate

Your mission

Keep essential print and packaging moving. You’ll deliver locally across Massachusetts with precision and care, then step into the warehouse to keep outbound operations humming—always with safety and service top of mind.

You arrive by 8:00 AM, complete your inspection, confirm bills of lading, and secure the load. Your route is optimized based on traffic and delivery urgency. Each stop is efficient: verify counts, update logs, and move on. By mid-afternoon, you’re back at a clean, modern facility helping the team prepare tomorrow’s shipments. By 4:00 PM, you’re done—home daily, weekends free.

What you’ll take on

• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections; uphold DOT compliance at every step.
• Operate a commercial vehicle on scheduled local routes across Massachusetts.
• Plan and adjust routes for cost, timing, and traffic conditions.
• Collect and verify delivery paperwork (bills of lading, shipping documents).
• Load/unload freight and secure cargo to prevent damage.
• Reconcile counts with shipping documentation; maintain accurate logs and mileage records.
• Coordinate vehicle service and repairs with leasing/service providers.
• Support shipping/receiving and warehouse tasks when off the road.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. No weekends. Home every day.

What you bring

• Valid Driver’s License (required) and minimum age 21 (per DOT).
• Experience as a delivery, route, or truck driver (preferred).
• Solid understanding of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Confident with GPS and map reading; efficient regional navigation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift, load, and move materials.
