They are ideally seeking to hire an ambitious professional who can be responsible for the modelling and ongoing maintenance of CLOs and Private Funds across their portfolio, and possesses a basic understanding of bank debt and fixed income securities.Our client is offering a base salary between $130,000 and $180,000 depending on experience, hybrid working, and a clear route for progression at an exciting time for growth and evolution across all levels of the company.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain CLO model that provides testing guidelines including interest coverage, overcollateralization and collateral quality tests specified in Indentures by use of proprietary models.Run pre-trade testing for proposed trades utilising the CLO models and approve trades in front office system.Provide weekly CLO snapshot which includes KPI, positions summary, proforma quarterly distribution, redemption analysis, and transactions to portfolio managers and trade desk.Review and tie-out extensive data for trustee monthly and quarterly payment reports.Maintain borrowing base files for leverage facilities and facilitate any fundings or paydowns on the leverage as directed by portfolio management.General fund oversight which includes monitor and maintain covenants of CLOs and leverage facilities.Refresh monthly private funds team metrics and quarterly QPR.Requirements:6 years of CLO-related and/or structured product experience5 years of CLO reporting experienceOperational knowledge of bank debt and fixed income securitiesOperational knowledge of both broadly syndicated and Middle Market CLO structures and leverage facilities.Benefits:Base salary between $130,000 and $180,000 DOE$40,000 discretionary bonusHybrid workingExcellent healthcare benefits & 401k matchA clear route for progressionIf you are interested in discussing this opportunity in full detail, please send a copy of your resume to sam.smyth@oliverjames.com
