Treasury Manager for insurance organization in Orange County.The Treasury Manager is responsible for overseeing cash management, liquidity planning, forecasting, and banking relationships across a complex, multi-entity organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring strong financial controls, clear visibility into cash, and scalable treasury processes that support acquisitions and long-term growth.What You'll DoTreasury Operations & Cash ManagementManage daily liquidity, cash positioning, and banking activity across multiple business unitsOversee cash operations across a large number of entities and bank accounts, ensuring control and visibilityBuild and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts in partnership with FP&A and business leadersOversee payment processes (ACH, wires, checks) to ensure accurate, timely, and policy-compliant disbursementsControls, Governance & BankingDevelop and enforce treasury controls, including authorization frameworks, segregation of duties, and fraud prevention practicesManage banking relationships, including account structures, fee oversight, and banking servicesMonitor debt and covenant obligations and support financing-related reporting as neededAcquisitions & Business PartnershipLead treasury integration activities for acquisitions, including onboarding new entities and rationalizing bank accountsPartner closely with Accounting on reconciliations, close activities, audits, and cash reportingPrepare treasury dashboards and reporting packages for senior leadership, highlighting liquidity, trends, and risksWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related disciplineCPA, CFA, or CTP preferred3 years of progressive treasury or corporate finance experience, ideally within a multi-entity or acquisition-driven organizationStrong knowledge of cash management, forecasting, liquidity planning, and internal controlsAdvanced Excel capability; prior exposure to treasury management systems is a plusHigh attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to work effectively across departments in a fast-moving environmentClear and professional communication style, with the ability to partner at all levels of the organizationIdeal candidate profile: 2-3 years of experience in a treasury or accounting-focused role (such as a Treasury Analyst) within a larger or complex business; formal accounting education with CPA or CPA-track preferred
