I've Partnered with a prestigious RIA in the Chicago Land area, who has been dealing with a ton of growth and looking to expand their CSA department. This would be a hybrid role working Monday's and Friday's from home. In this role you will be responsible for partnering with 2-3 advisors at the firm and being a point of contact for their clients by providing white glove service and strengthening client relationships. Responsibilities:Manage onboarding, account setup, maintenance, and documentation.Process money movements (journals, wires, EFTs) and assist with billing/reporting.Handle client inquiries, tax info requests, and issue resolution.Maintain CRM data, compliance documentation, and assist with trade execution.What we're looking for:3 years of relevant client service or operations experience in wealth management or financial servicesExposure to working with HNW/UHNW clients $1M Holds active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses or is open to attaining them within a one year grace period. Bachelor's degree required
