This career opportunity is perfect for a professional aiming to further their career in a vibrant and forward-thinking work environment.Role & Responsibilities:Develop and modify insurance product wording and coverage for Professional Liability offerings.Ensure all insurance product offerings comply with regulatory requirements and meet industry standards.Work collaboratively with the product development team to innovate and refine insurance products.Assess and analyze potential legal risks related to product offerings and suggest mitigative strategies.Provide legal expertise to other departments within the organization as it relates to Professional Liability products.Stay updated with the latest industry trends, laws, and regulations that impact Professional Liability insurance products.Requirements:MUST HAVE Juris Doctor & Bar Admission USAMUST HAVE 2-5 years in drafting and developing insurance product wordings and coverage documents for Professional Liability.Exceptional understanding of insurance laws and regulations, particularly in a non-contentious context.DetailsSalary: $150k-180k base salary bonus benefitsWork Mode: Hybrid (2 days in-person)Location: New York (East Coast or Mid-West will be considered)
