By 8:00 AM, you’re rolling out to serve customers across Massachusetts, delivering printed materials and packaging that help brands shine. Traffic ebbs, GPS guides you around bottlenecks, and each stop is buttoned up with accurate counts, signed bills of lading, and a friendly handoff. Back at the facility, you jump in to help the shipping and warehouse team keep operations humming.

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Consistent daytime hours, no weekends, and you’re home daily.

What You’ll Do
- Complete thorough pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure DOT compliance and vehicle safety.
- Operate a commercial vehicle on scheduled local routes throughout Massachusetts to deliver products on time.
- Plan efficient routes based on urgency, traffic, and fuel efficiency.
- Collect and verify delivery paperwork, including bills of lading and shipping documents.
- Load and unload as needed; secure all materials properly for transport.
- Confirm product quantities and reconcile against shipping records.
- Maintain accurate driver logs and mileage; adhere to all DOT regulations.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with leasing/service providers to keep equipment in top shape.
- Support daily shipping and warehouse operations when not on the road.

About You
- Valid Driver’s License (required) and at least 21 years of age (DOT requirement).
- Background as a truck, route, or delivery driver preferred.
- Strong grasp of DOT rules and safe driving practices.
- Comfortable reading maps, following GPS, and navigating regional routes efficiently.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Physically able to lift, load, and move materials as needed.
