We’re seeking a Process Engineer with strong mechanical and controls expertise to help drive innovation, efficiency, and safety in our Hamilton, OH plant.
This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll combine technical problem-solving with project leadership, directly shaping the processes that deliver high-quality packaging to customers around the world.
🚀 What You’ll Do
🛡️ Champion Safety: Ensure new and existing equipment is designed and operated to the highest standards, minimizing hazards and ergonomic risks.
✅ Deliver Quality: Design and improve processes that achieve Six Sigma capability levels. Validate new equipment (IQ, OQ, PQ), respond to quality issues, and collaborate across teams to meet rigorous industry standards.
🔧 Optimize Processes: Lead projects to enhance equipment efficiency (OEE), reduce costs, and drive automation. Apply process control, error-proofing, and rapid changeover techniques to push performance to best-in-class levels.
🏗️ Engineer Solutions: Manage equipment specification, procurement, and installation. Oversee engineering documentation, update procedures, and provide technical oversight for smooth transitions from product design to production.
📈 Lead Projects: Take ownership of key initiatives—using sound engineering methodologies and sharp problem-solving skills to deliver measurable improvements.
🎓 What You Bring
Education: B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
Experience
Process Engineer: 1–4 years
Sr. Process Engineer: 5 years
Skills
⚙️ Technical strength in pneumatics, electrical controls, PLC programming
📊 Data-driven mindset—skilled in statistical analysis and process improvement
🖥️ CAD proficiency (AutoCAD 2D & SolidWorks 3D preferred)
🗣️ Strong communicator, both written and verbal
📂 Knowledge of cGMP, QSRs, ISO 13485
