Account Executive – Industrial IoT / SaaS for Manufacturing OEMs
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid: Tues–Thurs in office)
Salary: $95,000–$100,000 base uncapped commission

The Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll join a collaborative, forward-thinking team that’s driving adoption of a world-class IIoT platform across the manufacturing landscape.
You’ll be responsible for developing new business across the North American market while managing and expanding relationships with existing customers. You’ll sell both hardware and SaaS-based solutions to OEMs, system integrators, and advanced manufacturers — particularly within packaging, food & beverage, automation, and industrial equipment sectors.
This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll prospect, qualify, run discovery, and work closely with technical pre-sales to deliver tailored demos and proposals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and managing a pipeline of OEM and industrial manufacturing clients
- Running engaging discovery sessions and product demos (with pre-sales support)
- Developing outreach strategies across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Managing CRM data, reporting, and forecasting accurately
- Staying informed on industry trends and contributing to the company’s growing U.S. presence
- Attending trade shows and customer visits (approx. 25% travel)
What They’re Looking For

Essential background:
- 3–7 years of B2B sales experience in industrial SaaS, automation, or hardware software solutions
- Exposure to OEMs, packaging machinery, food & beverage manufacturing, or industrial automation
- Experience with outbound sales tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM systems)
- Comfortable discussing technical topics (networking, PLCs, IoT, connectivity)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
