IT Helpdesk (L1) Support - 12 months - Portland
Our client is a (growing!) global sports retail and ecommerce brand, in their Portland office they’re looking to hire an (L1) IT Support Analyst.
You work across L1 requests, end user support, AV, desktop hardware and more.
You’ll manage walk-in tech support and be the final point of resolution for complex
hardware (Mac and Apple), software, and SaaS issue escalation.
You’ll have the chance to own the day-to-day operation of the office A/V hardware and support in-person and hybrid events and meetings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an End User IT support role
- Great experience across MacOS and Apple hardware and AV tools (Google Meet, Zoom etc)
- Strong Google Workspace support experience
- Experience with SaaS and Cloud products
- ITSM knowledge
- Good understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) using tools such as Okta
- Exceptional face-to-face communication skills
