We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to elevate and protect Oliveda’s visual identity across all touchpoints. This role is ideal for a highly conceptual, detail-driven creative who understands luxury beauty, storytelling, and brand consistency — and who wants to help shape the future of waterless beauty through powerful design.

Your role?

Translate our science, philosophy, and purpose into compelling, elevated visuals that inspire trust, desire, and long-term brand love — across digital, print, packaging, and campaign design.

What You’ll Do

Lead Brand Visual Excellence

Own and evolve Oliveda’s visual language, ensuring consistency, quality, and luxury execution across all creative assets and channels.

Design High-Impact Creative Assets

Create and oversee design for digital campaigns, e-commerce, social media, paid ads, email marketing, presentations, and print materials — balancing creativity with performance needs.

Collaborate on Campaigns & Launches

Partner closely with marketing, e-commerce, social, and product teams to develop visually compelling assets for product launches, brand campaigns, and key activations.

Elevate Digital & E-Commerce Design

Design and optimize creative for website pages, landing pages, product storytelling, and promotional assets that enhance user experience and conversion.

Maintain & Scale Brand Guidelines

Develop, refine, and enforce brand guidelines to ensure cohesive execution across global markets and external partners.

Support Packaging & Print Design

Contribute to packaging concepts, labels, inserts, and other physical brand touchpoints, ensuring alignment with Oliveda’s premium and sustainable positioning.

Stay Ahead of Design & Beauty Trends

Continuously track design, luxury beauty, and wellness trends to keep Oliveda visually innovative while staying true to the brand’s core DNA.

What We’re Looking For

• 6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within beauty, wellness, fashion, or luxury consumer brands
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-driven, high-end visual design across digital and print
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma experience strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling
• Experience designing for e-commerce and performance marketing is a strong plus
• Ability to balance creativity with strategy, deadlines, and business objectives
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Passion for sustainability, beauty, wellness, and mission-driven brands

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-Time, on-site (Culver City, CA)
• Compensation: $95,000 – $140,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
