About Us
Olive's Vineyard Cafe is located on Rhumb Line Vineyard & Lavender Farm, a working vineyard, lavender farm, and olive grove in Willcox, Arizona. Guests come to enjoy farm-to-table food, wine, beautiful views, and a true farm experience, and our servers are a big part of making that happen.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages, including wine
- Know the menu and share the story of our farm, including our grapes, lavender, and olive oil
- Work closely with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly on busy days
- Operate the POS system and handle payments accurately
- Keep the dining room, patio, and server stations clean and stocked
- Help with special events and seasonal festivals
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old (position includes serving alcohol)
- Friendly, dependable, and enjoys working with guests
- Restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but we will train the right person
- Available to work weekends and during our busy spring and fall seasons
- Able to stand and walk for a full shift and carry up to 25 lbs
Schedule
- Part-time, less than 40 hours per week
- Thursday through Sunday. Cafe hours are Thursday and Friday 11 AM to 5 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday 9 AM to 3 PM
Pay
- $15.15 per hour plus tips
- Tips are pooled among servers, with a small percentage shared with the kitchen team
