Olive Rose Boutique is a growing women’s clothing boutique located in charming downtown West Branch, Michigan—and we’re looking for someone who’s excited to grow with us both in-store and online.
We are seeking an energetic, friendly, and driven individual who brings strong sales ability, a passion for fashion, and a desire to be part of a business that’s actively evolving.
This role goes beyond day-to-day retail—you’ll play a key part in helping us expand our in-store experience, online presence, and custom offerings.
What you’ll be part of:
Driving both in-store and online sales growth
Assisting with custom experiences including our Hat Bar, Charm Bar, and custom graphic apparel pressing
Creating engaging social media content that connects with our audience
Delivering top-tier customer service that builds lasting relationships
POSITION OVERVIEW
This position includes assisting customers with merchandise and purchases, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, preparing merchandise for display, shipping and receiving, and providing exceptional service to our customers. We treat our customers like friends - and we’re looking for someone who’s excited to build genuine, lasting relationships with every person who walks through our doors.
In addition to working on the sales floor, this role is responsible for inventory intake and system entry (strong writing skills are a must), as well as social media content creation (photo and video for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok).
The ideal candidate is comfortable on camera, willing to model, and open to participating in live sales (training provided—not required, but a strong plus).
EXPECTATIONS
This person must maintain a professional appearance that reflects our brand. Reliable transportation and strong schedule discipline are required. Schedule includes weekends and some holidays.
The right candidate will demonstrate high ethical standards, integrity, discipline, and loyalty. We are deeply passionate about our boutique and are looking for someone who shares that same energy and commitment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift and move boxes and handle merchandise in high and low areas.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
