Role Description
This part-time (30 hours) to possible full-time Medical Office Receptionist role is an on-site position based in Pantego, TX. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day front office duties such as welcoming patients, handling appointment scheduling, coordinating phone communications, verifying insurance information, and maintaining smooth office operations. The receptionist will play a key role in creating a friendly and efficient environment for both patients and staff.

- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and professional communication.
- Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling using medical office systems and software.
- Experience with general Receptionist Duties and maintaining a professional front office environment.
