Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service to enhance their dining experience
- Assisting guests with building their bowl(s) in accordance to Olive Oil Grille standards
- Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing work areas, and supporting overall restaurant sanitation efforts
- Support food industry best practices through proper food handling, serving, and food safety procedures
- Contribute to quick service environment by working efficiently during peak hours
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service at all times
Skills
- Willing to learn the quick service & fast food restaurant environments.
- Willing to learn Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Able to learn to have Knowledge of food items to better assist guests
- Willing to learn and get familiar with sanitation standards, kitchen experience, and general food industry practices
- Learn to handle food safely while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
