As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented and experienced Lead Home Stager to take charge of staging projects and oversee our staging operations.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Home Stager to lead our staging projects, manage inventory selection, and ensure each home is styled to perfection. This role requires a strong eye for design, leadership skills, and hands-on execution to create stunning spaces that appeal to buyers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing a team while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Staging & Design
- Lead staging projects from planning to execution, ensuring all homes are styled beautifully and strategically.
- Select and arrange furniture, décor, and accessories to create inviting, market-ready spaces.
- Assess each property and develop a staging plan that enhances its appeal and highlights key features.
- Make real-time design decisions on-site to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing outcome.
- Maintain knowledge of current design trends, staging techniques, and real estate market preferences.
Project & Team Coordination
- Coordinate with staging team members, including movers and assistants, ensuring efficiency and quality in execution.
- Provide clear direction on staging setups and delegate tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with realtors, homeowners, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Supervise furniture and décor selection from warehouse inventory, optimizing for aesthetics and logistics.
- Ensure timely completion of staging projects and coordinate de-staging efforts when properties sell.
Inventory & Logistics
- Asist with maintaining organization and upkeep of the staging warehouse.
- Track and manage inventory usage in Online Inventory System, reporting damaged or missing items.
- Assist with purchasing and selecting new staging inventory as needed.
- Work closely with movers to ensure proper transportation and placement of furniture.
Client Relations & Sales Support
- Meet with realtors and homeowners to discuss staging plans and provide expert recommendations.
- Represent Olive Leaf Staging professionally and build strong relationships with clients.
- Support sales and marketing efforts as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2 years of home staging, interior decorating, or related experience highly preferred.
- Strong design and styling skills with a keen understanding of buyer psychology.
- Experience leading staging projects and managing a team is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with furniture placement as needed.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Schedule & Availability
- Must be available to work Monday - Friday between the hours of 9 am - 5 pm ET
- This is a Part-time position. Applicants can expect 20-25 hours in a typical week, and 35-40 during the busy season.
