Overview
We’re looking for a hungry, energetic, and competitive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This is not a “sit back and wait for leads” type of role — this is for someone who loves the grind, picks up the phone, and goes after opportunities. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, booking qualified meetings, and being the engine that drives our sales pipeline.

What You’ll Do
- Research and find the appropriate candidates with the help of the senior management and identify the target population.
- Make outbound calls and send emails daily to potential business clients.
- Engage in warm calling and follow-up with leads to nurture interest.
- Conduct B2B outreach, present our offerings, and qualify prospects.
- Book qualified meetings for the sales team/closer.
- Use CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to manage all interactions, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
- Write concise, compelling follow-up emails and LinkedIn messages.
- Develop and execute high-volume telemarketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaigns and messaging.
- Provide an excellent first impression of our company to every prospect.
- Stay sharp on industry trends and product knowledge to confidently pitch.
- Be relentless in overcoming objections and pushing deals forward.
What We’re Looking For
- Energetic, hungry, and fearless — you enjoy the hustle and aren’t afraid of rejection.
- 0–2 years of sales experience (inside sales, telemarketing, fundraising, door-to-door, or retail sales are all great starting points).
- Strong phone presence and willingness to make high call volumes daily.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) — able to get to the point quickly and persuasively.
- Self-starter with discipline, energy, and a competitive spirit.
- Coachable and eager to learn proven sales techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) a plus, but not required.
- Background in technology or B2B sales preferred, but attitude > experience.
