Job Description
We’re looking for a Production & Design Manager to join our Event Design & Production team for the 2026 season.
This role is equal parts creative and operational—you’ll help bring ideas to life from concept through execution while keeping our team, timelines, and inventory running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be a key driver in making sure every detail—big and small—comes together beautifully.

In a detail-driven, fast-paced environment, this role is essential to bringing our events to life. You’ll manage the moving pieces behind the scenes—ensuring that every element is considered, every detail is executed, and the final result feels seamless, elevated, and impactful.
Production & Design Execution
- Support design and production teams through concept, production, install and strike
- Assist in floral design and hands-on production
- Lead product load-in and load-out for events, ensuring efficiency and care
- Anticipate needs, troubleshoot issues, and problem-solve in real time
Team & Project Management
- Manage and support a team of floral designers and production staff
- Act as a calm, confident presence on-site—part leader, part cheerleader
- Keep projects moving forward across multiple timelines and priorities
Inventory & Operations
- Own inventory management: tracking, organization, care, and reintegration post-event
- Maintain systems for ordering, storage, and distribution of materials and product
- Ensure all assets are accounted for and event-ready
Budgeting & Logistics
- Track and manage floral production budgets
- Coordinate logistics across multiple events
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in event production, floral design, or a related field
- Both creative and operationally strong—you can ideate, execute and anticipate needs
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
- A quick thinker who stays calm under pressure and solves problems on the fly
- Confident, accountable, and resourceful
- A true team player who enjoys collaborative hustle
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Hands-on and willing to jump in wherever needed
- Willing to travel
Logistics & Driving Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving cargo vans and/or box trucks for event transport
- Experience loading, securing, and transporting event materials safely
Compensation
Commensurate with experience.
