We are looking for a dependable and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to provide one-on-one support to a client in Buda, Texas.

We are looking for a dependable and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to provide one-on-one support to a client in Buda, Texas.
What You'll Do:
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collect accurate session data.
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
- Follow clinical and behavioral intervention protocols.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience working with children preferred.
- Experience with autism, ABA, education, or behavioral health preferred.
- Active RBT certification is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid Texas driver's license.
- Strong communication skills.
- Patient, dependable, compassionate, and willing to learn.
- $20–$23 per hour based on experience.
