POSTED ON 4/5/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 6/3/2026

Job description:

Company Overview:
Olive Behavior Care is a boutique behavioral practice dedicated to serving early learners and their families on the west side of Los Angeles, including Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, Venice, Culver City, and Beverly Hills. We are a collaborative and close-knit team of behavior analysts, clinicians, and educators committed to helping children thrive and supporting families through everyday challenges.

Who We Serve:
Our clients include children and teenagers with specific diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and various genetic conditions, as well as children who just need additional behavioral support. We provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services with a focus on fostering positive relationships, patience, and meaningful outcomes in home, school, and community settings.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role involves leading high-quality ABA programs, supervising clinical teams, and providing direct support to clients and their families. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mentorship and collaboration, clinical excellence, and helping our clients achieve their fullest potential.

What Makes Us Different:

  • Small, manageable caseloads — Our BCBAs maintain small caseloads, ranging from 6 to 10 learners, allowing for meaningful client outcomes and true work-life balance. Our earliest sessions start at 8am, and our latest sessions end at 6:30pm. Your time and boundaries are respected so that you can thrive professionally and personally.
  • Personalized onboarding and supervision systems — We provide a personalized onboarding experience with mentorship tailored to your experience and interest. Our BCBAs are onboarded individually with our Clinical Director so that you feel prepared for your role.
  • Technology-driven efficiency — We integrate technology into our everyday operations to reduce administrative burdens and give BCBAs more time to focus on what matters most—providing high-quality care. Our automated workflows via Google Workspace make tasks like caseload management, supervision documentation, and scheduling efficient. Skip the pen and paper data with Passage Health, our all-in-one clinical management platform that offers real-time data syncing, automated graphing, and intuitive data collection and session notes.
  • Direct access to leadership — As a small company, our BCBAs work closely and collaboratively with the Clinical Director and Owner. We value innovation and clinical creativity, and your input can help shape company-wide practices.
  • Dedicated and reliable clinicians (RBTs) — We take pride in the quality and professionalism of our entire clinical team and hire experienced clinicians (RBTs) who demonstrate a long-term commitment to the field of ABA, education, psychology, or other related service professions. Supervision time is spent on refining skills and advancing care, and you will be supported by RBTs who are eager to grow and invested in providing high-quality services.
  • Supportive, relationship-driven culture — We prioritize connection, both with our clients and within our team. We intentionally maintain a close-knit, collaborative environment where every team member is known, supported, and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans consistent with best practices in behavior analysis
  • Monitor client progress and treatment fidelity, using data and feedback to guide timely program and protocol updates
  • Provide hands-on clinical supervision and mentorship to clinicians (RBTs) by delivering positive and constructive performance feedback that encourages professional growth
  • Partner with families, educators, and other professionals to enhance client outcomes and promote consistency across environments
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards
  • Stay current on advancements in ABA research and contribute to ongoing clinical improvement
  • Ensure high-quality, ethical care that aligns with client goals and values

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Supervisory experience in ABA settings
  • Proficient understanding of behavior-analytic principles, data collection and analysis, and client assessment tools (ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, and FBAs)
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, confidentiality standards, and documentation requirements
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach when working with clients and families

Join our mission-driven team and make a lasting difference in the lives of children and their families through effective, compassionate behavioral care.
