Sales Associate
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Reports to: Sales Team Lead
Type: Hourly (Non-Exempt)
About Us
Olive Ateliers is a fast-growing, founder-led lifestyle brand entering a pivotal next chapter. What began as a business rooted in sourcing and retailing vintage objects from around the world is now evolving into a design-led home furnishings company, with rapidly expanding proprietary collections produced through a trusted network of global partners. As we grow from a cult-favorite retail concept into a nationally recognized luxury brand, we’re expanding our Sales function to reflect the same values that define our objects – intentional, elevated, and personal.
The Opportunity
We’re hiring a sales-driven Sales Associate to help power this growth. This is a client-facing, consultative sales role focused on delivering high-touch service and building lasting relationships with our clients. You’ll own your own book of business, proactively guiding them through every step of the sourcing journey, from initial discovery to project fulfillment. Whether assisting walk-ins, hosting in-store appointments, or conducting remote follow-ups, you’ll be trusted to deliver a "Far From Average" client experience that results in both immediate sales and long-term loyalty.
You are a natural connector and communicator, someone who lights up when helping others feel seen and inspired. You are proactive and detail-oriented, and take genuine pride in making every interaction feel like an experience. You’ll be trusted to act as an ambassador of the Olive Ateliers brand – representing our aesthetic, values, and service philosophy with warmth and polish.
This is a full-time, non-exempt role. The position requires open availability Wednesday through Sunday, with the flexibility to be scheduled up to five days per week based on business needs.
