Job Responsibilities
1，Focus on actively managed primary market funds, deeply engage with the Silicon Valley startup ecosystem, conduct in-depth research on technology companies, and perform due diligence as well as industry and sector analysis.
2， Lead the negotiation of commercial terms, and drive projects through internal approval processes, legal documentation drafting, and final launch execution.
3， Be responsible for project roadshows and marketing support, including preparation of presentation materials and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
4，Develop targeted marketing and business development initiatives, including investor education and training programs, design training materials and presentations, deliver on-site investor education, and support relationship managers in acquiring new clients.
5，Oversee post-investment management of existing projects, including ongoing monitoring and follow-up, as well as post-investment reviews and visits with key fund managers.
