Sales Account Executive – Cigar Industry (New Jersey/New York)


Location: New Jersey/New York(Territory-Based)

Company Headquarters: South Florida


Are you passionate about premium cigars and building strong customer relationships? Join our growing team at a leading South Florida–based cigar distribution company as a Sales Account Executive for the New Jersey/New York region. We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven sales professional to represent our brands, grow existing accounts, and expand our footprint across the territory.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of retail and wholesale cigar accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through regular visits, calls, and events.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive territory growth by onboarding new retailers.
  • Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activity, account performance, and market trends.
  • Coordinate with the internal operations and marketing teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely delivery.
  • Represent the company professionally at cigar events, trade shows, and in-store promotions.



Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of outside sales or account management experience (preferably in tobacco, beverage, or consumer goods).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
  • Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Knowledge or passion for premium cigars is a plus.

  • Base salary plus commission with uncapped earning potential.
