Title: Technology Development Engineer Co-Op (Fall 2027)

Focus: The Technology Development Engineer Co-Op supports the Technology Development team, gaining hands-on experience supporting product and process improvement initiatives across laboratory, pilot plant, and manufacturing environments.
What You'll Do:
- Lead a minimum of three hands-on projects throughout the term, to be defined at the beginning of the rotation based on department and business need.
- Assist with research, testing, data analysis, and technical documentation
- Analyze operating and experimental data to identify trends, evaluate process performance, and recommend opportunities for improvement
- Support test plans, including experimental design, data collection, and analysis to support process and product development projects
- Enrolled at an accredited college or university majoring in an undergraduate Chemical Engineering degree program
- Must have an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale at all times throughout your time at Olin. An official transcript will be required each term. Cumulative GPA on current institution transcript will be used in transfer college situations.
- Must have completed sophomore year (or 60 completed credit hours) prior to first rotation with Olin
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours a week during normal business hours) during rotation; Not eligible for virtual work
- Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and possess a valid US Driver's license
