What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Analyst position at Olin Corporation?
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Analyst to support payroll and time & attendance administration across multiple countries in LATAM (Brazil and Mexico) and EMEAI (Denmark, Turkey, Russia, Switzerland, and Italy). This role will be responsible for payroll preparation activities, time and absence management, HR reporting, and employee data administration while partnering closely with HR teams, managers, and external payroll providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, validate, and coordinate payroll input data, including working time, absences, allowances, variable compensation, and monthly payroll processing in cooperation with external payroll providers while ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee and payroll-related data in HR systems.
Administer and maintain time & attendance, vacation, leave, and sickness records.
Collaborate closely with the Finance Department to support payroll accounting, bank transfers, and quarterly and annual financial closing activities.
Prepare headcount reports, HR metrics, and data reconciliations across systems to support business and compliance requirements.
Serve as a primary contact for employees, managers, and internal and external auditors regarding payroll, time management -related topics.
Support employee benefits administration and participate in payroll, time management, and HR process improvement initiatives and projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Previous experience in Payroll Administration, Time & Attendance Administration, HR Shared Services, or a similar role.
Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, reporting, and data analysis.
Fluent English and Portuguese communication skills, both written and spoken. Italian and/or Spanish communications skills are an advantage.
Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting payroll and time management processes across multiple countries.
Experience with HRIS, payroll, and time & attendance systems.
