Title: Product Stewardship Intern (June - August 2026)
Location: Houston, Texas
Salary: $30.00 / hour
Housing Stipend Available
Focus: The Product Stewardship Intern supports EHS Product Stewardship and Compliance through data analysis, auditing, and system updates.
Product Stewardship Intern Essential Job Functions:
* Lead a minimum of three hands-on projects throughout the term, to be defined at the beginning of the rotation based on department and business need
* Understand TSCA and FIFRA product uses
* Evaluate and flag customers and product in SAP
* Review all product stewardship manuals and compare content to SDS, updating if needed
* Review RDS to ensure the information is consistent across Epoxy products and update accordingly
Product Stewardship Intern Minimum Requirements:
* Enrolled at an accredited college or university majoring in an undergraduate Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or science-related degree program. Preference given to students located within 50 miles of the assigned Olin location.
* Must have an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale at all times throughout your time at Olin. An official transcript will be required each term. Cumulative GPA on current institution transcript will be used in transfer college situations.
* Must have completed sophomore year prior to first rotation with Olin
* Ability to work full time (40 hours a week during normal business hours) June - August 2026. Not eligible for virtual work.
* Preference will be given to candidates with availability and desire to work a minimum of three (3) terms with no more than one of those terms occurring over the summer
* Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the requirement of a work/student visa
