Key Responsibilities
- Business Requirements — Lead discovery, documentation, and clarification of business needs
- Data Analysis — Explore, validate, and interpret datasets to support program governance and operational decision‑making
- Visualization & Insights — Build dashboards and analytical outputs using Power BI or Tableau
- Stakeholder Communication — Present insights clearly to senior leaders and cross‑functional partners
- Cross‑Functional Alignment — Work with ALM, Practice Management, Legal, Customer Relations, and Back Office teams to ensure consistent understanding of data and processes
- Domain Interpretation — Apply financial‑services or wealth‑management knowledge to contextualize data and business workflows
- Senior Business Analyst with 8-10 years of experience in business analytics‑driven roles
- Strong ability to understand business context and translate it into analytical outputs
- Ability to "play with data" — explore, cleanse, structure, and derive insights
- Hands‑on experience with analytics tools
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries
- Excellent communication skills with comfort presenting to senior stakeholders
- Experience in wealth management, institutional trading, financial services or banking
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with complex datasets
- Experience in ALM, Practice Management, or related financial domains
- Exposure to program governance, data repositories, or multi‑department initiatives
- Experience working in consulting or client‑facing environments
