Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload shipments pallet jacks
- Conduct accurate order picking with RF scanners and
pickers to fulfill customer orders efficiently - Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring proper documentation and inventory accuracy within the warehouse management system
- Assist with materials handling tasks such as stacking, sorting, and organizing inventory to maximize space utilization
- Support warehouse distribution activities by participating in order fulfillment, stock replenishment, and inventory audits
Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or related roles
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for accurate order picking and inventory control
- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and maintenance is a plus
- Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards applicable to warehouse environments
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors in a fast-paced setting
