Senior Channel Marketing Manager

About the Company

Olight is a global leader in flashlights and lighting products, with a strong foundation in Amazon and DTC e-commerce. We are now expanding into the offline Tool Truck Channel and looking for a Senior Channel Marketing Manager to build and manage alliances with major tool truck networks

About the Role

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who understands the tool truck ecosystem and can operate at both strategic and execution levels.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage strategic alliances with tool truck networks (Snap-on, Matco, Mac Tools, Cornwell) and other channel partners
• Develop and execute channel marketing programs to drive product sales across 145 truck networks
• Plan and manage trade shows, expos, field events, and sponsorship activations (e.g., Tool Fair, NHRA)
• Manage a $100K USD marketing budget and measure ROI across channel initiatives
• Lead and develop a Field Marketing Specialist
• Collaborate with HQ (US) and cross-functional teams on product launches, promotions, and channel strategies
• Report to the Head of US Tool Truck Channel (HQ, U.S.)

Required Skills

• Experience in power tools / hand tools / tool truck / automotive aftermarket
• Marketing or Sales-related background with strong channel focus — Channel Marketing, Trade Marketing, Dealer Development, Channel Sales, Distributor Marketing, or Partner Marketing
• Experience with distributor / dealer / franchise channels or alliance / partnership management
• Experience in trade shows, expos, field events, or sponsorship activations
• Experience managing $100K USD marketing budgets

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing Field Marketing Specialists / Brand Ambassadors
• Background or passion for automotive culture / racing (NHRA) / mechanical repair
• B2B physical product experience (not SaaS or services)
• Experience reporting across time zones / to international headquarters
• Product launch or sponsorship management experience
