OLI Outdoor Services is a fast-growing mitigation and tree service company dedicated to providing top-tier service, detailed documentation, and smooth claim processes for our customers. We are expanding our insurance division and seeking a knowledgeable, organized, and motivated Insurance Claim Specialist to join our team.
Position Overview
The Insurance Claim Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing the insurance claim process for mitigation-related projects. This includes communicating with customers and adjusters, documenting work performed, and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately for claim approval and payment.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly document all mitigation-related work (photos, notes, measurements, paperwork, reports)
- Communicate with customers throughout the claim process to provide updates and answer questions
- Work directly with insurance adjusters to coordinate inspections and claim details
- Prepare and submit required documentation for insurance billing
- Review claim requirements and ensure compliance with insurance standards
- Maintain accurate records and organized case files
- Assist the team in closing claims efficiently and securing additional insurance work
- Perform additional insurance-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in insurance claims, mitigation, restoration, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple cases
- Basic understanding of insurance terminology or willingness to learn
- Reliable, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Compensation: $80,000–$120,000 annually
