Job Description
Seeking full time or part time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join successful integrated care initiative.
As a member of the primary care team, the psychiatric nurse practitioner will work closely with LICSW's and Psychiatrist to provide short term stabilizing behavioral health services to patients within the primary care practice.
The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will also provide case consultations to practice staff regarding psychiatric medication and care planning. Plymouth office, flexible schedule.
