Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in auto body repair, welding, and mechanical knowledge to perform a variety of tasks in our auto body shop. Candidate must have at least 3 years of auto body experience in a fast- paced collision center.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and disassemble vehicle parts for repair or replacement
- Weld, solder, and fabricate parts as needed
- Perform heavy lifting when required during the repair process
- Utilize sheet metal techniques for repairs
- Apply mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair vehicle issues
Experience:
- Previous experience in auto body repair, preferably in a dealership or auto body shop setting
- Proficiency in welding, soldering, and fabricating techniques
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as necessary during repairs
- Knowledge of sheet metal work for vehicle repairs
- Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and fix automotive issues
