Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a QA Senior Dairy Supervisor located in Nashville, TN. The QA Senior Dairy Supervisor will oversee the quality assurance process for dairy operations, ensure compliance with food safety regulations, and monitor the implementation of quality standards. Responsibilities include inspecting raw materials, supervising production lines, resolving quality issues, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to company-wide quality practices. Effective collaboration with other departments and the ability to document and report findings are key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience in quality assurance processes, food safety regulations, and inspection protocols
- MUST be Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Knowledge of dairy products, manufacturing practices, and compliance requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills for supervising production staff
- Proficiency in conducting audits and resolving quality-related concerns
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and communicate findings effectively
- Attention to detail with the capability to identify and address discrepancies
- Proficiency with quality control tools, systems, and relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in the food manufacturing industry is a plus
