Minimum Qualifications
- High school graduate with accounting preparation.
- General clerical skills.
- Some experience with word processing, spreadsheets, budget preparation, and declining budgets.
- Maintain accurate records in both EPES and Munis accounting programs.
- Performing duties in compliance with Oldham County Board policies and procedures along with the uniform accounting for school activity funds (Red Book) as mandated by 702 KAR 3:130(3), KRS 156.070.
- Order teacher/school purchase requests from approved purchase orders and process payments of all invoices approved by the Principal for payment.
- Post receipts and disbursements to activity accounts and provide monthly/annual reports to sponsors and Principal.
- Prepare, in conjunction with the Principal, the annual school budget and master fund raising list.
- Complete annual year end checklist and reports necessary for auditing purposes.
- Responsible for all bank deposits and reconciliation of bank statements with monthly financial reports.
- Assist the Athletic Director with online payment of game officials, game scheduling, and ticket reports.
- Assist the Athletic Director with processing and payment of extra-curricular contracts.
- Responsible for setup and validation of all gate/sport event cash boxes.
- Post and maintain student fee payments in Infinite Campus or other fee tracking programs used by the Oldham County Board of Education.
- Perform other related tasks assigned by the Principal in accordance with school policies and procedures.
