We are looking for energetic, compassionate team members who enjoy creating exceptional experiences for both pets and their owners. As Guest Services & Adventure Guide, you'll be the welcoming face of our resort while also providing hands-on care and enrichment for our furry guests.

What You'll Do
Guest Services
- Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
- Check pets in and out of daycare, boarding, grooming, and training services.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to client questions.
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records.
- Recommend services, memberships, retail items, and promotions.
- Ensure the lobby and reception area remain clean and inviting.
- Help create an exceptional client experience with every interaction.
Adventure Guide
- Supervise and engage with groups of dogs in daycare playgroups.
- Monitor pet behavior to ensure safe, positive interactions.
- Maintain clean and sanitized play areas, kennels, and resort spaces.
- Feed pets and provide fresh water according to care instructions.
- Observe pets for signs of illness or injury and communicate concerns promptly.
- Provide enrichment, exercise, and plenty of love and attention.
- Assist with boarding and daily pet care routines.
What We're Looking For
- Passion for animals and exceptional customer service.
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable handling dogs of all breeds and sizes.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in all weather conditions when needed.
- Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Previous experience with animals or customer service is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate!
