We are a premier buyer and seller of coins, precious metal bullion, fine jewelry, watches.
We are seeking a trustworthy, professional, and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to welcome our clients, assist with daily transactions, and deliver a high-end service experience.
Responsibilities would include
1. Greeting walk-in clients
2. Answering phone inquiries
3. assisting other team members in buying and selling as well as processing payments and writing up receipts.
High energy, integrity, and professional appearance are absolute musts.
Experience in Retail, hospitality and customer service preferred.
Experience with coins, bullion and jewelry is a huge plus but we are willing to train the right person.
Strong basic math skills, the ability to communicate clearly, and computer literacy are essential. The position offers room for advancement and growth for the right individual.
Must pass a standard background check given the nature of the position.
We are seeking a Full time employee that can work at one or both of our locations.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
