Location: Olde Florida Motorcoach & RV Resort – LaBelle, FL
POSITION SUMMARY
The Guest Services Associate manages reservations and guest experience at the Welcome Center.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, reservations.
- Answer phones using OFMCRV standards.
- Provide maps, recommendations, schedules.
- Handle packages and mail.
- Maintain Welcome Center cleanliness.
- Support guest events and activities.
- Resolve concerns professionally.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Hospitality/customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Friendly, engaging, and solutions-oriented
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Weekends/holidays required
- Occasional evenings as needed
