What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Veterinary Assistant position at Olde Falls Road Veterinary Clinic?
Olde Falls Road Veterinary Clinic is looking to add a Registered Veterinary Assistant to our staff. Experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply. We are a small animal predominant practice in Zanesville, Ohio. In addition to dogs & cats Dr. Heilman see the occasional pocket pet. One does not need to be experienced in working with animals outside of dogs & cats to apply.
Job duties include animal restraint, administration of medications, venipuncture, anesthetic induction & monitoring, dental prophylaxis, animal restraint, obtaining radiographs, invoicing, and patient intake & discharge. There is no after-hours on-call duty at this time.
