Job Summary

This position will report directly to the Controller, with a primary focus of managing site Bill of Materials (BOMs) in the company’s ERP system. This includes conducting cost reviews, working with site teams to cost new products, & reviewing financials for accuracy. The role will also support Finance & manufacturing teams with the setup of new SKUs, & other ad hoc analysis as required.

Job Location

This is a hybrid role based out of Lee, MA.

Job Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include monthly & annual BOM reviews with a high level of accuracy & integrity, as well as supporting Site Management & Plant Operations with improvement efforts through in-depth analysis of BOMs & standard costs. The role will also work closely with the Controller to complete various Month End processes, Fixed Asset maintenance, inventory control & accuracy, & review of daily transactions.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of Cost Accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is helpful, but not required.
• General knowledge of ERP systems.
• Very strong Excel skills are critical, with the ability to navigate existing spreadsheets a plus.
• Familiar with Outlook, Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to navigate different connecting systems & programs fluidly.
• Comfortable learning in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong skills to work independently and complete work.
• Strong skills for attention to detail.
• Some travel may be needed (minimal).
• This position has the ability to be hybrid (office/remote) once the new hire learning curve is successfully achieved.
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
• May require long periods of time on the computer.

Compensation

• Base Salary range of $60,000 - $80,000/year
