We’re looking to add a server to our team who takes pride in what they do and actually enjoys taking care of people.
This is not a turn-and-burn environment. We care about the details, the experience, and doing things the right way. If you’re someone who notices the small things, stays organized, and brings a good energy to the floor, you’ll fit in well here.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in full-service dining (club or upscale casual preferred)
- Someone who can handle a section confidently and stay composed when it gets busy
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency
- A team-first mindset (no egos)
- Consistency… we need people we can rely on
What the role looks like:
- À la carte service in our main dining spaces
- Taking care of members and guests with a high level of hospitality
- Being part of a team that’s working to raise the bar across the board
Schedule:
- Mostly full-time hours available
- Open to part-time if your availability is consistent week to week
- Nights, weekends, and holidays are part of the job
