POSITION PURPOSE: Under the direction of the Quality Compliance Director, the QMS Administrator will manage the quality software within OWI and ensure its success. A key aspect will be keeping accurate format and completeness of policies, procedures, and technical documents. Managing our Quality Management System (QMS) and continuous improvement projects. A key aspect will be keeping leadership informed, maintaining a sense of urgency, data integrity, recommending improvements and holding accountability.

- Managing all applications within our QMS
- Responsible for the maintenance system
- Primary system administrator and application configuration expert for OWI
- Manage both Quality and EHS modules
- Ensure that ELT, EHS, and Quality Dashboards are accurate
- Works with Module experts in analyzing current business processes and provide improvement recommendations
- Integrates QMS with other OWI applications and data-driven processes
- Provide implementation and ongoing support for enterprise security applications
- Responsible for proper formatting, version control, and training accountability on OWIs policies, procedures and formulations/technical documents.
- Maintain accurate and diligent reporting through careful prioritization, completion, and KPI assessments
- Become a subject matter expert within our QMS to be able to provide technical support and initiate upgrades.
- Responsible for reviewing documents loaded for accuracy, adding/deleting users, ensuring documents flowing through, training initiated.
- Ensure the backup, recovery and disaster/recovery of all servers, Software Tools and associated databases
- Determines how to fulfill user requests
- Completes the request processing and issues user access while maintaining proper controls
- Responsible for routing software upgrades (with support of Intellects technical team/helpdesk) and through cross-functional facilitation, accountable for project completion (on time/in full)
- Assist with the education and deployment of product changes and product launches across all functions
- Responsible for creating work instructions related to QMS and Quality team.
- Works with purchasing to ensure supplier management is working smoothly in QMS
- Owning responsibilities within our ISO 9001 system. Will be responsible master document list, training records, etc. All functions will be controlled within our QMS system.
- Works to develop and support KPI goals and tracking
- Ability to Work cross functionally in teams
- Supports and leads special projects in QMS
- Other Duties as Assigned
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in software administrative work, data integrity and/or leadership
- QMS experience a plus
- Strong communication skills required (both written and verbal)
- Proven success leading and implementing operational/system improvements
- Keen attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proven success leading and implementing projects improvements.
- Ability to work with all functional areas of the organization as well external suppliers.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office and data management skills required.
- Effective problem solving, root-cause analysis with strong analytical skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and vary tasks simultaneously.

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
