Busser

*Job Summary*

As a busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient table presence and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels in a fast paced, very busy establishment. We are seeking full time and part time team members to join our talented team. Only experienced and qualified individuals will be considered for this position.

*Duties*

- Previous experience as a Food Runner or Busser in the hospitality industry is recommended.

- Deliver food and keep tables immaculate while supporting our Fine Dining Service Team

- Assist in setting up and clearing tables throughout the night

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen team to coordinate food delivery

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room

- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service

Qualifications:
- Strong guest relations skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members

*Requirements*

- Prior experience in food service or hospitality industry is preferred

- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

- Familiarity with POS system is a plus

- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment

- Willingness to learn and adapt to varying tasks within the restaurant setting

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal

Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
